Poor communication

Rybrook Land Rover Conwy had my vehicle in for 3 weeks testing an intermittent fault,which I know is difficult to diagnose.Throughout the time my vehicle was in I phoned multiple times to check progress of repair despite leaving name and contact No it seems no one could be bothered to ring me back,when I went to collect the car I was made to wait for 10 minutes despite ringing beforehand to say we were calling.During the testing the date on our display was turned back 5 years.This dealership’s communication levels are appalling.Nice building but poor basic customer communication.
