The worst car dealer I have come across.

In the advert and in discussions on the phone the car sounded just perfect. But after traveling 55 miles I found the car to be very poorly prepared with green moss evident and ingrained dirt on all the door rubbers, dirty water marks over all the glass, and no attempt to clean under the bonnet evident by the large amount of autumn leaves and dirt. If this is the amount of effort they make to prepare their cars visually, what do they not do that I can’t see, i.e. filters, oil change, etc? Additionally, and far more seriously in my book the advert stated full service history. According to the guys at Infinity UK Cars a FSH is a small bundle of dog-eared receipts, old MOT’s and general paperwork. No service book was present. When I questioned this (as an sane car buyer would) I was repeatedly told this was the equivalent of a FSH and many people preferred to see receipts rather than a service book. I may be old fashioned but a FSH is a service book, fully stamped up at the appropriate intervals. Needless to say I did not purchase the vehicle and I advise anybody else to avoid these guys.
