Strange treatment

We were interested in a Fiat 500 but had no experience of them. We drove one and was unsure because of the ride. Wife saw on line a more modern one that she liked the look of. The test drive was good and we asked the salesman for the figures, basically what was the minimum price we could pay. Two days later he emailed with PCP figures. Asked for best cash price and was told the car was sold. We asked him to look for another similar. 3 days later the car we had shown interest in was back for sale. A week has gone by and we are still waiting to hear that the car is available. Are TJ Vickers & Sons doing so well they can ignore us? Have now gone elsewhere! All staff seemed very pleasant but.........
