Trust ford! Not likely

I left my cmax into Trust Ford Mallusk in January as the passenger window was stuck halfway down they fixed it and last week the same thing happened I was told as my car was now out of warranty I would have to pay but they couldn't look at it for 5 days this is in November with two babies in the back with the window open, I argued that the repair they done should be guaranteed but they said that expired when the warranty was up I took it to an auto spark who showed me that they had not even put the screws back in the door and they had only half fixed the problem which was water getting in the door! I phoned mallusk again to complain about it but lack of care was hopeless I have now complained to for and am changing my car a three year old car that lets water in the door!
