After sales service is non existant

I bought a Skoda from Capitol Skoda in March this year. Buying the car wasn't too difficult but upon picking it up, things that were meant to hve been done either weren't or I had to do myself. Nothing major about this, but wasn't a good start. The car itself I can't fault, a good runner so far and very happy with it, however I've had a couple of queries I needed to query/ask them and I never got a callback and sent a couple of requests through the website to hear nothing. The communication after a sale is shocking so I;m going to see if I have better luck with the Chippenham branch. Customer Service is greatly lacking in Newport and zero communication from them has left me angry to try and get a couple of minor issues answered. Wouldn't use them again.
