Lovely service until deal completed

I have since buying the car had really bad service from Arbury Nissan Leamington Spa. On a few occasions I have had to contact the franchise manager and he had told me his team should have given me all the information regarding my car which was called back for a software update and no courtesy car unless I was willing to pay them. The organisation on the whole is poor and I would never purchase a vehicle from them again. I did get some friends and family discount when I purchased but I would say that there staff, not all of them need to understand what customer service is all about however they don’t. Anytime I have to go in there it raises my blood pressure. Treat your customers with kindness I don’t mean suck up to them however remain professional and stop the very poor treatment of your customers. Maybe it could be me however when I have dealt with other dealerships I was treated with fairness, courtesy and transparency. There are so many problems I have had with this franchise I will not buy another car from them again. They book you in for a minor service at 08:15 and then tell you it won’t be ready till 13:30. When you then ask them why does it take them that long they tell you that is the way it is. Oh I did eventually get some discount on my first service of £50 but not without a great deal of work ie emails and phone conversations. Still £167 The 2 stars I gave them were for the staff who I initially did the deal with who are no longer there. The staff turnover is high and they only seem to hang on to the poor communicators. Overall a very dissatisfied customer who will not be making any other purchases. If there is any other work needed doing I will use a different franchise. I purchased this car last year, I love the drive however find the franchise very difficult to deal with. The franchise owner has been helpful to a point and has also been quite practical. I should never have gotten to this point.
