Slick Experience Lacking Passion

You can't complain about the quality or efficiency of the experience. Great showroom, coffee bar and the whole process of buying the car was executed to the letter of the corporate playbook. The head office auditors will have no complaints. Problem when you are a car enthusiast I want more. My experience from another dealer was no where near as slick, but the passion of the dealership owner came through his team.
