Finally found someone to talk to!

I bought my Audi TT RS+ brand new out of Tonbridge Audi in May18. The car is absolutely marvellous but the sales service and after sales service from this branch is not very good. In my opinion they should not be selling the RS brand there! After the salesman drove the car round for me he ran off and with no words of explanation it was a miracle I got home in one piece and initially avoid launching the car into the showroom and/or wipe out all the cars standing on the forecourt. Subsequently I could not get any after sales service and had to find how to fully operate the 7 speed gearbox off the internet. Thankfully Audi Coulson offered to spend an hour sitting down with me to set up the internal controls and explain everything to me, A BIG THANK YOU TO MICHAEL ALEXIS-NOEL AND JED CALLAN from the sales team.You just made enjoying the TT RS a whole lot enjoyable and otherwise filled a very big hole of frustration and disappointment. Shame Audi Tonbridge you completely mis sold me the car without all the extras I wanted on the car that was available. I may have to re-order the car again to get the correct specification I really wanted. BUT BIG THANK YOU TO MICHAEL AND JED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
