Very Poor. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM THESE GUYS. There are plenty of cars garages out there...I believe quality service isn't in the car you buy, but the service you get if you have a problem...I saved up and spent £45,000 on a Audi RS6...they serviced it from Audi prior to pick up, faults found during Audi healthcheck, but Southgrove Cars didn't tell me about them. When I approached them about these faults within 4 weeks of collection (which total over 5k), they offered £92 towards costs. what a disgrace. Quick to sell a car, but don't care about customer service. Am now liaising with their legal team as Simon refuses to speak with me or accept recorded delivery letters.
