bad customer experiance

Spotted a car for sale at Toothill Prestige that had just been reduced. Within 24 hours the price had risen! When asked why I was informed that the cam belt needed doing, which a decent garage would have already known about. Drove miles to view this car and it was not ready to be sold! !!!! I asked how long the car had been at the garage and was informed 2 weeks.... not sure you would reduce a cars price after only a week. I was also told prior to trip that if I didn't take out the warranty that £90.00 could be deducted from price and then was told that this was never said to me when I had it written on my notes! But I was basically told I must have made that comment up! No customer experience, well not a good one...… for a £6.5k car, you would expect better manners and a better experience - obviously does not want to sell cars!
