Better than most main dealers!

I have purchased a number of caravans over the years, mainly from main dealers...although most transactions were acceptable, I always felt I was paying a premium for a level of service that wasn’t outstanding, and that I was just a sales figure to them...I was a little unsure when I first found Standish Caravans, their set up is small and basic, and I was nervous about handing over a substantial amount of money to a small time dealer !! But from placing a deposit and collecting the caravan I have been amazed by these guys !! They have gone out of there way to reassure me, answer my queries, and sell me a caravan in such a personal and caring manner that I have never experienced and puts main dealers to shame!...the caravan was wet vacuumed, handed over in detail, they sourced me a used mover...and when the caravan developed a fault on the fridge on my first outing, they let me drop it off on the way home on Sunday, and it was fixed by Tuesday !! It took 3wks for my last dealer to look at my van !! I’ve been around the block, no one is perfect, things can go wrong, but these guys are operating way above the standards of other dealers !
