Poor customer service, Poor experience

I went to Palmers Fiat in Watford to buy a new fiat 500. My experience with dealing with them in general is below par. My brand new fiat 500 is faulty and unfortunately I have had to spent more time dealing with people who clearly have not been trained in customer service. They are never available when you need to resolve an issue with your car. I have been left without a courtesy car. They are unable to communicate effectively with me. Palmers Fiat have made the entire car buying process a nightmare. I have lost all trust and confidence in them being able to make my safe for the roads.
