Disgusting company

Lancashire Commercials delivered a van that was not even close to what was described doors wouldn't open struggling to start knocking in engine. So I refused to accept the offered to fix and re-deliver but after thinking about it I wasn't comfortable with that so asked for a refund of my £3000 deposit they ignored my emails stalled ebay and took 2 MONTHS to refund. It happened that ebay refunded me on the same day and suddenly they were instantly replying to emails within seconds calling 5/6 times a day and threatening me with legal action after 5 days!!!!!!
