fault with 26k car

Happy with car and service from JCM Motor Company at the time of purchase. Then fault with 26k car in less than 4 months which was covered under the Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Not so pleasant to deal with then and didn't care I was 4 months down the line with a car that could not be used. RAC warranty covered small part of repair cost but the shortfall should be covered by garage under my Consumer rights. They tried to baffle and waffle on and tried to put the onus on me. My rights are its the garage to prove otherwise and not me and them that are liable for the cost. I tried to speak but was spoke over. I will take to small claims court under the Consumer act more so for the aftercare I received more than the money of repair. The garage will always try to talk out of their responsibility but a customer should be took serious when the law is in favour of the Buyer who spend their hard earned cash. I would of expected more to be honest and the garage clearly not bothered about repeat buyers.
