False sales tactics

Not one place on the Quadrant Vehicles website does it say pre registered vehicles only sold at Quadrant, if you look on the site it says NEW VEHICLES, and no log book to find this out I was told by the DVLA, The law states that section 10 tear off from V5C should be given to the new keeper and they should notify DVLA on pre registered vehicles sales and a log book should follow in 2 to 4 weeks, The owner of Quadrant seems to think log books are not important ! I was told they have stock held at main dealers, not they are all pre registered I will be speaking to the finance company and any relevant parties. Way to make a good looking deal bad Quadrant👎
