Great customer service Mr Paul Marriner

I bought a Jeep from Motor Village Croydon in August this year 2018. My ever grateful thanks to Mr Paul Marriner the Manager for his kind understanding and decency post hand over of the vehicle which i am thoroughly enjoying. This is purely because of Mr Marriner's professional customer service ethos which has filtered down thru' all ranks of staff. As they say good management influences from top down and the team works like a well oiled machine, efficient to the core. I am grateful to Mr Marriner's staff/colleagues, including the people who arranged the handover and went thru' the various systems on my Jeep with me and my wife. I am also grateful to Giovanni and the receptionists for their prompt responses and always offering us a cup of tea or hot chocolate (!) whenever we went to the showroom in Croydon. Thank you very very very much and it is highly likely that I will be buying my future purchases from Motor Village as the brands they sell are to my liking.
