Rubbish service dept

The sales team at Vines of Guildford is average, nothing more than that (I've bought seven BMWs, new and low mileage used since 1997 so have a pretty informed opinion), but I would avoid the service dept. Had my car in there for repairs to a door under warranty, two visits, in for three days over a six-week period - cos they don't have enough loan cars - and problem is still not fixed. Staff looked and acted bored so customer experience not great. Have complained politely in writing but got no response, which is unforgivable. Have taken my business elsewhere now.
