Untrustworthy and unprofessional

Be very wary of Autobahn Motor Company. I have been treated extremely badly by this dealer and the way in which he addressed me left me very upset and shaken up. On the day of picking up my new car within 5 minutes of driving it I realised there was something not quite right. It was supposed to have been completely checked over by a mechanic before the purchase. We took it to an independent mechanic and within 5 seconds were told it was needing at least a £1000 worth of work done including a new mass flywheel and clutch. I drove it back Autobahn and waited a week without a car for the repairs to be done. Apparently no receipts of repairs were available when the car was ready to be collected. When we went to pick the car up I asked him if he was going to apologise and very quickly he got extremely aggressive raising his voice and actually followed me out of the premises shouting when I went to leave. The car was sold with issues that the dealer would have known about, or if he was in fact unaware of these issues he is not checking the vehicles at all before selling them on. Based on my experience with Autobahn, I would have to say they are very unprofessional and untrustworthy. No one should have to feel the way this dealer has made me feel especially when he is the one in the wrong.
