Awful service!

Under no circumstance use Stephen James BMW in Enfield! Incredibly rude and incompetent staff and managers are no better. Wanted to get a quote for some body work, called and arranged a time. Went in and photos were taken and told I would get a quote by email. Waited about a month but still no quote. Went again, told the photos had been lost. Photos were retaken and assured I would get a quote. Two weeks later still no quote! Emailed BMW centrally and received a call. Initially missed the call so rang back and was told no one was available but message taken and promised someone would call me back. Waited 24 hours but no one rang back so then I rang them. Spoke to a manager who said yes we lost the photos twice and promises were made and broken but these things happen. If you want good BMW service, consider going elsewhere! Don't waste your time and money
