Travelled from Newcastle to look at a Mercedes Viano after putting a deposit down and agreeing to part exchange my own vehicle. When I arrived at the garage decided to purchase another Viano that had just come into stock at the dealership. The brothers were great dealing with an issue with my own car I was part exchanging and still kept at their agreed price despite the issue that would have cost me money to fix.
