Contacted Arnold Clark Dumbarton w/c 22.10.2018 to enquire about a vehicle online. Barry Scullion contacted us the next day to discuss our enquiry. He was very informative and helpful all week keeping us updated on our potential purchase without being intrusive. On 27.10.2018 we travelled from Doncaster to Glasgow to view the vehicle still unsure whether we would make the purchase. Barry was there to greet us as soon as we arrived. No pushy salesman tactics he was very cheery and made us feel very welcome and at ease. We were introduced to his colleagues who were all very welcoming in fact all staff that we met were also very welcome and put us at ease great people. We purchased the vehicle and the transaction was very smooth from start to finish. Well done Arnold Clark @ Dumbarton your staff are a credit to you especially Barry and you should be so proud as there customer service skills are second to none they really do go above and beyond to please the customer.
