bad experience - did the bare minimum

I bought from Citiwheels as they were the only place had the car I wanted. Engine light came on during the test drive. They cleared it. Then it came on the way home. They replaced the EGR valve under warranty; but took a week to do it and during this time gave me a barely roadworthy "courtesy car". Several other garages have quote a few hours to change an EGR valve. 1 week later my car was "ready to collect" and was full of empty drinks containers - unusual to be so through in "road testing" that it takes this much time and requires so many assessors...……….draw you own conclusion as to what may have happened while my car was in their care. Have left this review so that potential purchasers will think twice.
