Poor service & rude

Purchase a car from National Car Credit in may when I got the car there was a few problems so I rang NCC and informed then they told me to pay for the problems to get fixed and they will give the money back still to this day I haven’t had a penny back when I ring them they tell me they will put it in but never do been waiting nearly 6 month for my money back poor service.
