Great service

I have today had my car serviced at Volkswagen Stafford. I normally avoid dealerships because of high prices but as there were some recalls on my car I had to 'bite the bullet'. I say in the showroom and waited. During this a chap named 'Steve' ( surname not known) came over and explained the cause for my delay. He explained that there was a problem with a technical download concerning the radio. I told Steve that I'd had difficulty pairing my phone as well. Steve instantly sorted the phone problem and re-booked my car for the outstanding recall. He was helpful, explained everything in a manner that I understood and answered my questions. Pleasant bloke that made the experience worth while.
