Sold me a faulty bike and refused refund

On The Wheel sold me a brand new MUTT motorcycle that leaks petrol all over the engine when filled. They were aware of the fault and sold me the bike anyway. They have had lots of other Mutt bikes back but are more worried about their profits than peoples safety. They refused to provide a refund having only owned the bike for a couple of months and it clearly had a major design fault. Mutt motorcycles are terribly built cheap Chinese bikes that should not be on the road. On the wheel are keeping back information about the faulty design and selling anyway. I thought people that road bikes were generally decent people. These guys are fraudsters and should not be trusted.
