I recently went to Sovereign to purchase a car I'd seen advertised. Initially I was worried because it was appointment only & the cars were stored in a unit somewhere, not a showroom. I first spoke to Danny on the phone & ended up meeting & dealing with Nigel instead & I thought he was a lovely guy. Any concerns I had disappeared as soon as I saw the car, in perfect condition tucked in the corner. Nigel was instantly chatty, not pushy, very honest, genuine & trustworthy. I've marked low on knowledge purely as the car hadn't been in long & I knew more about it than he, & he freely admitted that, but not to say he doesn't know his stuff. Nigel went out of his way to make sure I could take it that day, taking it for an MOT straight away & taxing it at the same time, happily taking my car in part exchange too. I am very happy with my new car & the service I got - a million times better than having to deal with pushy main dealers! I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
