I was sold a BMW 3series X drive 6 days ago with the wrong size tyres on it, I only realised when I drove back home, 75 miles away. I was told by my local BMW dealer that my car was unsafe to drive as the tyres were too small for my wheels !! I went to replace the tyres straight away and informed David Hayton Penrith. David Hayton Penrith told me to 'get lost' in a polite way. 'Great' customer service!!!!
