Terrible after sales service.

The exchange of our Fiat Panda Easy for another Fiat Panda Easy went well but we were not told by Wessex Garage Newport that the was no reversing warning system on the car we bought, If we had been told we would have one fitted also the carpets were not in the car., the petrol tank was almost empty which we had to fill at a cost Of almost £40. The final complaint is there was no second key which the seller Ross Staples said he would deliver to us at our home address, this he never did and after 5 phones he never got back to us. Is that the way you treat customers? This is the second time that we have had this happen to us . We suggest in future not to be acting this way to towards customers. G.Carlton
