Appalling service from Sutton Park Renault

The air conditioning unit has a leak on my Renault Kadjar and as a result the air con / climate control does not work alongside the air vents / windscreen blowers. This fault happened in June 2018 and despite being covered by the warranty, Renault have not yet repaired it despite numerous attempts to get the car to the dealership at Sutton Park Warwick, they have refused to repair the car due to not having the time to carry out the repairs and have added lengthy delays to the process, including not providing a courtesy car (which I need to be able to take my children to and from school) and not returning calls when I have tried to arrange to book the car in. The staff in the Service Department at Sutton Park Warwick are incredibly rude and unprofessional and have not sought to resolve the issue or made any proactive steps to get the car repaired. I've been so disappointed in the service provided by Sutton Park Group that I will not be using them in the future and will not buy any cars from any of their dealerships in the future. The lack of respect shown from the staff in the Service department has appalled me and as a direct result I am in the process of arranging to return my car to the lease company due to the offensive and disrespectful staff and the lack of support from Renault to repair an issue that they have stated is under warranty. 5 months after raising the issue with Sutton Park Warwick, the car was due to be repaired today but I was not able to use the Courtesy Car despite booking one for today and also calling the dealership yesterday to ensure that the booking was still ok. They have not contacted me since to make any attempt to book the car back in or repair the ongoing issue.
