The never ending story

My 911 turbo gen 2 went into Porsche Centre Glasgow for a service on the 24th of July 2018 and it's still in there lieing in their compound 3 months later.The technician condemned the right hand turbo which I have been promised on numerous occasion by the service manager . This week was the last straw when the part was supposed to be here it's now another 3 weeks away . Please be aware that this company has a problem getting replacement parts/ turbos and your car can lie for months and depreciate outside in their compound loosing value it's a scandal.
