no contact from sales 2 months after placing order. Car arrived, wrong spec!! They didn't cancel the finance so I was expected to pay for a vehicle I didn't have!! Staff need thorough training in procedures and communication. No level of customer service at all. Took 4 weeks for them to cancel the finance after my persistence that they do so. My advice would be to go elsewhere. What does concern me is they target people over a certain age for loyalty custom. Go elsewhere it will be less stressful and every possibility you will get the car you ordered.
