Poor after sales communicaton
Bought a Fiat 500 from 786 Performance after seeing it online and I spoke to them over the phone and was told car was in perfect running order and was clean. The arranged delivery for a fee which I was happy to pay. Was told that the car would come with warranty and full valet. When the car arrived it was very dirty in the inside it had not been cleaned in about 6 months and the handbrake did not work. I contacted 786 via email and they apologised and offered to pay for a full valet and for the repairs to the car if i arranged it. I was able to clean myself and when I got a local garage to fix the handbrake there was several problems with the brakes and the total bill was over £300. I contacted 786 with a copy of the bll which I had to pay and they promised they would get in touch with their warrant company and get back to me. I am still waiting despite several emails to them I have heard nothing. I will try again this week and if there is no joy I will be seeking legal advice.
