My experience against the other reviewer

It is difficult to reconcile the other review with my own experience. I have bought two Civic cars from August Motors Honda in the past 6 years with nothing but praise for the way they have looked after my dealings with both sales and service. I live only 5 miles from another Honda dealer but am happy to drive 40 miles to August Motors in Salisbury because I have never been let down through any fault of theirs and it's been a pleasure to do business with them.
