Bad service, awful car!

This is one of the worst dealerships that I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend using Mercedes-Benz of Exeter. Mercedes-Benz of Exeter have bullied me and played their big corporate card instead of being realistic about the whole saga and realising that actually I had been very fair and genuine. My experience of leasing a vehicle with them has been an absolute nightmare. The quality of the vehicle was very poor. The service has been extremely bad. It seems the senior management team are now trying to find a way to refuse my rejection request. Mercedes-Benz of Exeter have have have had my vehicle twice now and still the issues have not been resolved. Both courtesy cars provided were damages and had issues. On one occasion I had to call RAC to assist as the window dropped through the door card in the rain. I am venting right now with this review however will post more later once I have had time to complete a diary of events for which I will use when approaching the Motoring Ombudsman service and Watchdog if needed.
