Sold a pup!

Car I bought from Burford Car Sales broke down within hours of collecting it. I found out it had a history of breakdowns with previous owner but although I confronted them with this it still took almost 6 weeks before I got my money back. Even then I only got it when it became apparent they were hanging on to it unless I agreed to pay the costs of returning it which they refused to take on even though it was nothing to do with me. Then adding insult to injury didn't deal with documents properly and left me another £50 almost out of pocket on tax refund. I'm sure everyone without broken cars have been dealt with professionally with no negativity but listen to likes of me who's experienced the bad side.
