My Daughter purchased a Mini Cooper from Berkeley Cars a year ago. It ran fine until 3 weeks ago, It over heated due to a hole in radiator pipe and damaged the engine, Berkeley Cars changed the top half of the engine with a recon head. They gave my daughter a special price as she had bought the car from them (although the fault was nothing to do with them). Then the gear box had a problem and part of the emission systems on the car. They picked the car up, sorted the problems (again not their fault) and did not charge for labour, only for the parts. The car is 10 years old, Berkeley Cars treated my daughter like she had brought a brand new car from them. VERY, VERY impressed with service.
