rude & intimidating on aftercare

if i could give 0 stars i would. BD Trade Sales were keen to sell me a car, but the aftercare was awful. I had bought warranty from them & they made me use the garage near them to fix the problem. I recently found out that you can go to any registered garage legally. When i dropped the car off the owner refused to get out his car so i had to speak to them through the car window. Since then they have refused to give me any record of what was done to the car making me wonder if they have done anything at all.... through out the whole process they have been rude & intimidating. keen to sell but not keen to care after this is done.
