STAY CLEAR ! SHOCKING CAR QUALITY
AVOID NORTHAMPTON AUDI. I purchased a new vehicle in April 2018, 1 week later I noticed a clicking/spinning noise from behind the dashboard. I contacted the dealer and they advised me to book the car in with my "local dealer" which I did, this was some 5 weeks later! The investigation was carried out and even after supplying numerous videos and even demonstrating the issue it was returned as no fault found! A month later i had numerous other faults with the car inc a severe static interference noise inside and outside the vehicle, and also an air con vent which flew out and hit my mum in the passenger seat!!! I contacted VWFS and the dealer yet again and was advised to book the vehicle in again, this time they did fault the noise and wanted to remove the dashboard to make further checks. I declined this and proceeded to reject the vehicle under the 30day law due to the quality and the fact that the fault I had since purchase was still there! After supplying endless videos proving that the fault had been there since new the finance company and dealer declined my rejection. They advised me "they didn't believe there was a fault from new" even though I proved there was, just because the dealer didn't have the competence to find it! The dealer had the cheek to advise me they couldn't hear the same noises as me on the videos but everyone else can! The finance company advised me they didn't even listen to or watch my videos which is a huge concern as they prove my point! I am now seeking further legal advise whilst the Financial Ombudsman resolve this matter! Stay clear from this dealer as the 3.7/5.0 rating suggests
