Very bad customer service

Went to look at a jaguar at Evans Halshaw Blackpool and was really interested but the staff attitude was so bad he didn't show us the log book or service book we wanted to collect it on Wednesday but got told to come on Sunday as he said we are getting it all ready for us giving it a full valet and full tank of fuel but when we got there the car was not been washed we noticed more scratches and no fuel when we told him he was so rude denying everything he went to get the manager to see if he can do anything about this and all he said was fine we will refund your £100 and you can go and buy a new jag that is worth £60k and stormed off.. he said they money will be transferred into my account in couple of days still not received it
