Paul is just a smiley ball of energy who is so full of banter you find yourself laughing along and the whole experience is just very pleasant, but these are professional people who know their stuff and are totally honest and keep to their word. I have found them to be honest, helpful, reliable and very pleasant and easy to deal with. Also I have not felt that horrible pit of the stomach feeling that I'm being 'had'. I would recommend this car dealership. Its well worth a visit.
