Stay away !!!

I just bough BMW from Essex and East London Cars garage advertised on your website. They advertised it as LOW MILEAGE with 80,000 miles on the clock and in very good condition. First of all, car had a massive dent on the side and a few other smaller dents and marks, non of them were mention in description. Seats were extremely dirty (not mentioned as well). Garage gave me £100 discount for that. It wasn't enough to cover the cost of repair and valet but I thought it is still good price for this mileage. After purchase I decided to check online previous MOT history and noticed that last MOT was nearly a year ago with much higher mileage. It was 129,000 mile in Dec 2017 and become 80,000 miles in Sep 2018. When I contacted garage asking them to take this car back and give me a refund, they said NO and said that I can’t do anything to them because I have no proof. I do have a proof ! I reported them to police and Trading Standards. I also going to take a legal action against them. They should be stopped taking hard earned money from honest people!!! This garage lying to customers. Be careful. I would rather pay more and buy a car from the trusted garage. DO NOT BUY !!!!!! DO NOT RISK YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY !!!!
