I approached Harwoods stand at Edenbridge and Oxted show. The person I saw was very helpful, following up my enquiry the next day. A few days later, I made an appointment to view a used car. Amy Dean was as helpful at the meeting as before, being extremely professional and knowledgeable. A test drive ensued, following a good discussion, I agreed to buy the vehicle. On the day of collection of the car the level of attention to detail and professionalism continued, as well as a follow up e-mail, the following day.
