What a way to run a business!

Tried to book a service at Barons BMW Bedford but wanted to talk to someone. During two days was three times promised a call back, none of which materialised. This was from Bedford and a central number. Finally, in desperation, found their online chat number. What a farce that was. It wasn't Barons but an agency with a very stupid name. Spoke to someone whose answers were totally robotic and who was completely lacking in empathy. Then I was cut off before I was finished. I tried to send an email with my final comments and was informed that it could not be delivered. I have now gone elsewhere for my service and I only wish I could award minus stars on this review. It was never like this when it was Elms. It seems that my many years with them and the three minis I have purchased count for nothing.
