Where to begin ? Incompetent, rude, unprofessional from all - Sales to Service - at Alan Day Volkwagen City branch. Truly unbelievable company Just to name a couple of things - - Checks not done when collecting after deposit paid (numerous faults, windscreen, wheelarch, various scratchs etc ) - Free service promised at the time of buying but wasn’t honoured Do NOT buy a car from Alan Day City branch!
