Great customer service

I picked up my new bmw 5 series 2018 from Cooper BMW York and have to say I had the best customer service ever from a car dealership! Mark was amazing who over saw everything. He introduced me to Tom who was very patient in getting all the paperwork sorted. Next on the day of collection I met Ed who helped me through the contract and he then introduced me to Phil, who was went through how to use all the gadgets on my new car. I really felt that all the team went above and beyond what they needed too. I will be buying all my future cars from here from now on. Mohammed.
