Not pushy and great after sales service

When looking for a used 7 seater it's quite common to find very few in independent dealers. The first impressive thing at the Owestry Used Car Centre was the range, we had a choice of 4. The next nice thing was that there was no pushy pressure at all, simply answering questions and going the extra mile to find details e.g. towing weights. We ended up choosing a 2011 Seat Alhambra. Within a week of purchase we has some issues, including a worrying one with the AdBlue system. I took the car back not knowing what to expect and I couldn't have asked for a more helpful service. They lent me a car and took the new vehicle to a Seat dealer to have the problem resolved at their expense. I totally trust them and would use them again without hesitation. I believe the dealer has recently changed hands and the older reviews sound very different to the service I received.
