Gobsmacked by such service.

I have absolutely no connection to Scott Weeks of SWCS, I just want people to know what an honest and reasonable man he was in his dealings with me: Scott is a one man band and I bought a car off him last week. He arranged delivery and it arrived the next day. Almost immediately there were problems with the car and so I had it checked out. There had clearly been a dodgy MOT on it a few months earlier (clearly nothing to do with him) and there was a huge estimate for repairs to bring the car up to MOT standards. Scott immediately offered to collect the car and repair everything - then, a few hours later, he offered me a full refund so as not to mess me around. The money was in my account a few hours later and he hasn't even collected the car yet! Used Car Dealers are not meant to be like this! I was fully expecting a massive battle, instead I got perfect, thoughtful and complete customer service - I would buy another car off him in a flash! Incidentally I am giving him 5 Stars for everything - even though the Vehicle was not what either of us expected - because he bent over backwards to resolve the situation and I want to highlight all of the positives of my dealings with SWCS! It all about how you deal with the problems.....
