Taking to court

Having advertised as 'Guaranteed Finance' myself with a poor credit history due to £255 off my debit card. I was then messed about over the minibus which is to carry disabled children... they were told this... lots of lip service from John.. I waited and waited, the calls from them got less and less, they knew it was urgent as my disabled Students were without a minibus to get to their school and activities! I am having now to take them to Court and will report as Possible Fraud to the Lancashire Police... Really cannot tell you to stay away from Lancashire Commercials enough.
