Mazda leamington are fantastic!! Excellent sales and after sales!! I live in Redditch and bought my almost new mazda afew months ago from the leamington branch as they had a large fleet of various cars, I had a small problem with the air con so as i live in Redditch i took it to the redditch branch to be looked at as it was under waranty for 3 years, the Redditch branch were not helpfull at all and wanted to charge me! Even under waranty! Their staff were not pleasant all all!! I rang Rob the service manager at leamington, Rob was fantastic and had my car picked up and taken to their garage and dealt with the problem with no trouble at all!! I have since found out other people have experienced unhelpfull staff at bristol street motors/madza redditch.. Great at selling cars but horrendous after sales quality!!
