I was looking for a nearly new BMW at Cooper BMW in York and the sales team were very helpful. Ian organised a test drive immediately and answered all our questions. I picked the car up last week and he subsequently called to clarify a couple of outstanding queries. The whole sales team were extremely pleasant and helpful.
